Richard Walters

Richard was previously the owner of, and very much instrumental to the success of, Celtic Energy. He worked hard turning it from a troubled business into a highly profitable and sustainable one. He created a true legacy with Celtic Energy and was responsible for several regeneration projects in relation to green energy, nature conservation and sustainable long-term employment. Prior to this Richard’s involvement with Celtic Energy, he successfully studied and worked within construction management for the family business - The Walters Group, as well as Costain. Richard has continued to build on these foundations and has grown a substantial property portfolio across Wales, the South West and the Midlands. Richard’s business interests lay within a range of industries from renewable energy to finance.
