Adam Pearce

Following a brief spell with Eversheds Solicitors in Cardiff, Adam commenced management of the Celtic Energy estate in 2007. This diverse estate comprised industrial, commercial, residential, agricultural and energy (mineral and renewable) interests and covered large areas of South Wales, as well as interests in the South West and the Midlands. Adam is a RICS qualified professional and has much experience of disposals, acquisitions, investments, landlord and tenant and compliance.
